Where are our products sourced?

While we are New Brunswick Proud, we currently have our products printed/created in the United States with plans to source locally in the future. 

What are the Shipping Times?

All orders are subject to an order processing time prior to being shipped out. This order processing can range from 3-7 business days depending on demand, with the majority of orders being processed within 5 business days.

Shipping times will vary based on destination and an estimated delivery is provided at the checkout for your location.

What if the product doesn't fit?

Please contact us with any issues you may have, we are more than happy to assist!

What if I change my mind after placing the order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to have it canceled and refund your purchase. If it has been more than 24 hours we may not be able to refund your order if it has already begun processing.

What about Customs/Duties?

Customs / Import Duty fees may not apply to all orders. However, we do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including ensuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for orders which are confiscated by customs in destination countries.

We are not able to mark orders as gifts, they will be listed as merchandise.

We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.

Parcels with overdue customs fees, duties and/or taxes are deemed as being abandoned and will be destroyed by your local customs office. No refund will be made on abandoned parcels.

Parcels are subject to customs inspection and may take longer to arrive than stated delivery date.
